Improving Ward Round Processes and Practic

Venue: Hallam Conference Centre, London This one day conference will focus on the improvement of ward
round processes. The sessions will provide the knowledge for
delegates so that they are able to lead a discussion with the patient
with support from their fellow colleagues in the wards. Improving
the ward round is part of a productive ward, and this in effect
should increase the quality of patient care and reduce unnecessary costs.
You will have the chance to hear from experienced healthcare staff
that will discuss topics such as how to develop Ward Rounds to
improve patient safety through clinical handover, how to improve
the Ward Round: lessons from productive wards as well as how to
ensure safe prescribing on Ward Rounds. The aim is to take away
key skills in improving the processes in hospital wards and to enable
all those involved to have the accurate tools and attitude to work in
a smoother operating and safer ward.
